10:00 a.m. -- one cup of coffee, milk, 2.5 t. sugar
12:15 p.m. -- one almost lukewarm can of coke
1:45 p.m. -- three baby carrots
3:25 p.m. -- one kids scoop chocolate frozen yogurt with chocolate sprinkles on a sugar cone
4:20 p.m. -- one ice cold can of coke
